You can permanently delete your Guru Bandhu account and all of your data at any time.
Deleting your account permanently removes everything associated with it: your login, all your students, class schedules, attendance history, payment records, and lesson notes. This is immediate and irreversible — there is no recovery afterwards.
If you are a student: your account and your connection to your teachers are removed. Your teachers keep their own records of your classes and payments, because that information belongs to them. If you are a teacher: your students lose their connection to you.
Open Guru Bandhu → Settings → Delete account, and enter your password to confirm. Your account and all data are removed right away. Teachers are offered a download of their data first.
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days and confirm by email.
